I have just read your latest report and felt I had to write to say that I found your comments offensive and derogatory. I have been in your shop and found him to be both intelligent and not the slightest bit over weight.
Hmm, if Mark is the one I think he is, then there is a bit of beef on him. I quite fancy him though,
